Catholic Charities Housing Development Corporation’s Kahului Lani opened its first phase, KAHULUI LANI Phase I, in July 2020 with 81 one-bedroom/ one-bath units and one (1) Manager’s unit. KAHULUI LANI II, features an additional 83 one-bedroom, one-bath units, and welcomed its first occupants in January 2022. This beautiful low income rental housing complex for seniors aged 55 and above is conveniently located directly across the street from Foodland at Queen Kaahumanu Mall in Kahului.

Applicants must be at least 55 years of age at the time of application.

Pets are NOT permitted at Kahului Lani. Smoking is NOT permitted at Kahului Lani . Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted (not included)

Qualified housing applications will be added to the wait list in the order in which they were received.
