Neely did a fabulous job presenting and helping me achieve the course objectives. Documentation is my personal nemesis and I dread paperwork; however, I realize it is a necessary evil. I found most of the information relevant and valuable; I will start applying a lot of what was reviewed immediately. I was enlightened by all the examples she provided and will definitely use many of them as a template in my own documentation.

Much is consistent across rehab settings but the screening portion would have been nice to know before the SNF job. Well presented and a good reminder to not get lazy in summaries, goals, assessments, etc..

by Barbara on March 23, 2024 Specific to the need for accurate documentation and how to achieve that by Member on March 22, 2024 good to learn new tips for documenting so as to assist in this time when managed care limits options by Member on March 19, 2024 Straight forward information and excellent test questions that reflect the information by Member on March 17, 2024 by Member on March 14, 2024Maybe I’m too seasoned for this course.I was really looking for an outline of how daily progress notes are favorably received by payors. For instance, a PTA I work with recently worked with a patient and documented everything as modified independent. In my estimation, that was a non-skilled treatment session. It was documented that the patient refused to do the gait and stairs progression recommended. I still don’t think it’s billable, I was hoping for more examples of this type.
